Yessy’s My Patient

Yessy is a patient in the medical ward of General hospital X, her complate name is Yessy Putrii Anandari. She is came from Jakarta. She has a wavy and black hair. Her eyes are narrow and black. She is a beautiful and bright skin. But, she has a pale on face and lips.

She addmited one week ago because of diarrhea. She said that she got diarrehea because she ate too much spicy and less hiygience. She is now bed to have rest. Yessy complains that she feels verry dizzy and heavy fever. She has a pain on stomach. She said that the pain is felt at the level three and it is so painful. In a day she cleferate three times and is accompanied with excessive heartburn. And there are much water in her feaces. She almost has no appetite. Every time she eats, she always nausea and vomits. This makes her condition down. When at home she once fainted.

Yessy is a friendly person. She always said hello and smile to everyone she meets. She is also humorrous.  It is because she can make other people laugh when they are sad. As she is in the hospital, she has a lot of visitor from her friend. And they bring a lot of parcels of fruit and other else. She always smiles when hers friends come around. Although she sick, yessy is a very strong girls. She always positively about her illnes and optimistic that the illness will be cured. She is a good religious person. She never forgot to leave prayers. She is always grateful to accept everything happened to her and she  never complains about them. Yessy very excited to participate in the threatment process because the doctor who treated him very handsome.

This morning nurse Tika examine Yessy at 8 a.m. The nurse said the blood pressure is very allow. It is 100/70 mmHg. Besides that, the body temperature is very high reaching to 39º C, respiratory rate more than 24 rpm and pulse is very fast. The nurse gives her good advice. She must try to eat more frequent but with smaller portion regulary, and she may not eat or drink too fast. Maintaining  personal hygine, wash hands before and after eating and each to the bathroom.
